What goes around Part 1
Sir, Tracey corrects herself, Uncle Ben? Where are we going? Our base of operations is here.
Ben looks back at her like she hasnt though the whole thing through, We are going to be visiting everyone in the war.
Doc looks startled, What?
Shouldnt we be taking anything with us? The rubbers, the picoss?
Ben laughs, No. Of course not. We are flying the white flag of peace. We wont be attacking. Well be getting our name out there. He pushes a button on his armrest and a screen lowers from the ceiling. On it blips a little red dot on the green screen. Driver, Lets move. Lets head to our first stop.
The two inventors would have shaken their heads in frustration, but watching the red dot is mesmerizing. Soon it is in the center and two more are near it. The car stops. Uncle Ben hops out with the other two tagging along

The three women adjust their position at the top of the hill. Their black clothes hug their bodies and hide their location. Cat, the red head asks the blond, why are we doing this again?
Before the blond can answer, the brunette answers her, Because, Trina, we are the Cat Burglars.
Yes, agrees the blond named Cat, but also, Lina, there is a key component that will help us. She looks to her two companions, There is a magic ball that will let us see what whatever we want.
The mousy haired Lina continues to explain, No more will we go into houses blind. We will be able to search the house completely before setting foot inside, finding the precious loot and the sleeping people.
The red headed Trina rolls her eyes, I know all that. Youve been gushing about it for days. Why now? Why are we going with the lights on and people moving about?
Because, Cat says

The doorbell rings. Startled, I look up at it as if by doing so it will reveal who is standing behind it. I get up and out of my seat and answer the door. Its Lucky.
Hey, I greet him. I always like it when I get to see him.
Great! Youre here. Lets go.
As Im being dragged out the door, I question him, What? Why?
A friend just got an opening, and we need to move quick.
I look at him while closing the front door behind us. Ok.
We head down the driveway at a brisk pace with my legs hitting my khaki cargo shorts and my generic green shirt flapping in the light breeze we are creating. My sandals slap on the cement as I blink to adjust my eyes to the bright sunlight.
Before long a black cat crosses the road ahead of us. This draws my attention to an old manor on a hill outside of town. Nah, we couldnt be going there. I turn to my friend, So, who is this friend we a

Tracey hops off the city bus and heads up to the automatic doors that is her work place, the Lab. The doors open with a swish and there she sees a very unusual sight. Doc? What are you doing in a suit? Tracey looks over the man in a neat and trim old dark brown three piece suit with tan colored tie. She watches him fidget in place.
He sees her, Indeed.
What? Why are you wearing a suit? Shouldnt you be working on something?
His eyes sadden as he looks down, I want to, but I cant. Our financial backer arrives in a few minutes.
What?!? Why didnt you tell me? Id have
I told you to sleep in and come in later.
She looks at him bemused, You know Im not going to come in late. I like working here.
So, we could be finished before you got here, he concludes. Tracey starts pacing the floor. I would like to work on something, bu

My cell phone rings distracting me from what I was doing. I look at the display. Its Lucky, Guess what?
What, I asked.
Were going to go meet a friend of mine.
Sure. Ill see you tomorrow.
Well, tomorrow is today, and I head out to meet him. I wait and wait, but he doesnt show. Just as Im about to give up on him a depressed female black furred wolf shuffles up. I look at the familiar white haired wolf in familiar clothes. Lucky, I ask.
Yes, he, I mean she, grumbles.
We start walking. What happened?
I dont want to talk about it.
Concerned, I ask, Are you ok?
Having never been transgendered myself I ask, Are you ? Does it ?
Im still me. Yes, it does feel different. It takes some getting used to.
Do you ever get used to it?

Walk like an Egyptian
Doc looks at his watch, Ok, we should go if were going to make it before Midnight.
She looks up at him while splashing her feet, Ok. Thanks. Tracey puts on her shoes and hops in their vehicle. He cranks the machine up and starts heading back north. She pauses in front of the back door and turns back to him.
She sees a dark shadow race across their path. The van swerves. A floating device bangs against the drivers side window, Oh no! Not again!
Before Tracey can wonder what this means a second hovering device hits the passengers window. It falls in. The flying bot at that window enters and explodes on Doc. A second explosion rocks Tracey.
Her additional weight pulls her forward. She compensates and regains her balance, almost. Her ankle hits a ridge on the floor and slips out from underneath her. She collapses on the floor. She hears a slight rip. Its then that

Doc stirs in the drivers seat. He opens his eyes and stretches his arms as far as they go. He hears several pops. He stands and twists his back to see behind him. Several more things pop. Relaxed and awake, he sits back down and starts up their transportation.
From his speaker he hears the sounds of soft rhythmic breathing and then, Buh mmmoooooommmm, I doan wanna. She fell asleep on the button again. Why do I hafta wear a dress? I wanna wear pants like duh rest of duh family.
Doc is so focused on the monologue that he doesnt notice the rock sticking up from the sand. WHUMP! WHUMP!
YAWN! He smiles as she wakes up and the speaker goes silent.
He gives her a minute or two. Sleep well, he asks with the button depressed.
As well as can be expected in these chairs.
Her voice is startled. Wha? No. No. I did it again?
He smiles again,
Something Alien about Love Part 3
Battle woke up a few minutes later laying on a floral printed sofa in a living decorated with basic old lady stuff. He tried to sit up but he had a throbbing head ache so he laid back down. The lady walked in about a minute later and was surprised he was awake.
“Oh you woke very fast it’s only been 30 minutes” She smiled. Battle stared at her blankly and confused just waiting for her to explain why he was here. “Well anyways E.1. Welcome to your new home. I’ll show you around in a bit but first I have to go pick up the others from school.” Her perky voice was not very amusing it was more annoying to Battle especially with a head ache. He kind of got an answer from that sentence before she walked out of the door but also Battle thought it was strange that he was alone. He thought for a second then he heard a noise from upstairs and realized maybe there was someone else in the house and being the curious person he is he ignored his head ache and went t
Something Alien About Love Part 2
Battle may appeared zombie-like as he grabbed the paper out of his backpack but his mind was very much active. “What am I doing in Tennessee? I know I got what the humans call a country accent but I ain’t country. I’ve never even tried fried chicken or watch football.” He stood holding the paper in front of him just going on and on inside his mind. “Y’all understand me right I’m mean I think I prefer Arizona. Of course you do but you are looking at me like I’m an idiot again dang I hate that” he thought then started growling.
“Um E.1. Are you ok?” She asked after grabbing the paper from his hand. Battle nodded slightly to notify them he understood but he was busy inside his mind. “Ok just get in the car behind me and we will take you where you need to be.” She smiled and Battle nodded once again. He stumbled slowly to the car, opened the door of the back seat and climbed in. He slammed the door of the car har

It has been almost a year since Battle was placed in high security lock down at E.E.C but today the new head scientist Gabe Blinder has decided to let him free. Most of the others disagree with his decision because they think Battle is too unstable to live outside of the E.E.C building so he has a plan. In another state there is another E.E.C town where extraterrestrials live if they cannot return to their home planet.
“Ok E.1. It’s time to go” Dr. Blinder opened the sealed door to the chamber they kept battle in.
Battle looked at him blankly and being unable to communicate with Dr. Blinder made him look mindless to him. “Yeah um come on” Dr. Blinder was always freaked out by Battle’s blank stare. Battle stumbled out of the door a bit nervous on where he was going. Dr. Blinder took Battle to the testing room first to make sure all his chemicals they gave him were stable then they gave him new clothes which made him a little less worried b
Sol.Terra - Episode 2.12 The Originals (Part 2)Pia grappled with the unfamiliar ship’s steering for a few minute,s before getting it under control. She was not sure what make or model the ship was, or even what planet it was from. She guessed Lutor, based on the clean, glass-like style of the console.
She had put Rylla’s ship into manual drive, and the console had presented her with two palm-sized half spheres. She lay a hand over each one, and after a few erratic turns, she worked out that they controlled one thruster each. After that, she managed to get a feel for the handling, and guided the cruiser around to the battle zone that existed between the station and the gate. She saw the scouts twisting and crashing through the space with Arichaea’s ship darting between them.
Flashes from the Vanguarder ship’s guns briefly lit up both its hull, and the scouts nearest. However, it was not dark. Despite being hundreds of thousands of kilometers away, Illystari’s brilliance made harsh silhouettes of the sco
ZP Mission 8Xena was not happy to be here. The scent of ash clogged her nose and GG agents where everywhere. Two cars had passed their hiding spot already, making Xena worried that their mission would fail before it even began. Akira had to reassure her ever five minutes, with a light shoulder touch. It didn’t matter to Xena that she was in Symbiote form, the comfort was all the same. “It will be alright.” She said, despite it being in the middle of the night it didn’t look like the GG where going to drop their security around the burned down church. Xena relaxed and sat back down. Obviously the cover of night would not work and they where going to need to find another way in. Other Harmony members where already putting thir plans into action making it easier for Akira and Xena to slip to the other side of the street.
Xena wasn’t surprised when Akira moved with purpose, obviously having a backup plan in mind. Xena, knowing her girlfriend very well, wasn’t surpri
Legends of the Silk Meadow Sanctuary: Chapter 5 Once again, Silver found himself with a fist in his face and his face on the floor. Ace, the tiger wolf spider hybrid had swiped Silver from Spinner’s web had freed him of the skintight silk wrappings and observed him secretly. Downhearted and angered, Silver unknowingly almost injured Ace. Trying to walk away without the slightest gratitude or apology, Silver had angered his liberator and donned his hand wraps once again. However, the wolf bat’s heart wasn’t in the fight where he felt most at home, he fought only with rage, needless to say this merely served against him.
Ace had defeated the Welsh wolf bat, and taking advantage of his weakened state, began to cocoon him. Ace spread his silk over Silver’s lips, eyes and body and firmly encased them in his silk. But Ace was not satisfied with merely keeping Silver immobile. On the contrary, his spinnerets were merciless as he thickly layered the wolf bat without the slightest leniency,
Incarnations, Incantations and Inspiration
The Rotcod Brothers were enjoying a Saturday afternoon free from parents and control, when there was an interruption. But it was a pleasant interruption, one of those which begin like trifles and end up in adventures. And everybody knew that Eccly, Tenny, Handy, Smithy and Cappy loved them.
"Little bros!" Mytrice Allebloo called from downstairs. She was their eighteen-year-old sister, and not a busybody like some of that folk - she enjoyed "getting into trouble" (and out of it too) as well. "Rotcods assemble!"
The boys obeyed, having done this into different ways: Eccly slid down the peril, Tenny and Handy rolled down the stairs (as they usually did when their work was interfered), Smithy covered the stairs in three jumps, and Cappy appeared to be the least lucky - he counted them with his bottom from the start. Thank goodness the stairs were covered with a carpet.
"Next time when I say 'Rotcods assemble', be so kind to pay attention

Rolling his shoulders back, Nighthawk entered the training hall with long, swift strides. He knew the designation of his partner, but hadn't a clue what the other mech even looked like. Flexing his talons and scanning the room carefully, he awaited his opponent's imminent arrival. He could only hope that he would stand a chance against this Steamcharger; he was built for speed, not strength, and some of the recruits were known to be quite large.
It was a few cycles before the mech in question finally entered, subspacing a datapad he'd been reading. Scanning around for his 'partner,' it didn't take him lo
D is for DeathKnock-knock-knock.
David shot upright in bed, resting back on his elbows, listening to make sure it was his door he heard.
The door bucked with each blow. He forced his eyes open, still struggling against the draw of sleep.
“David.” a voice called, muffled from the other side of the door.
“Coming,” he said, groaning as he slid his feet to the floor.
He pried the door open just enough to peer out into the hallway--it was Jim.
“C’mon, we've gotta go,” Jim said, his face looking tired and worn.
David squinted, still working to resolve the interruption of sleep. Jim looked back and forth down the hallway then leaned in and whispered, “generator’s dying.”
David’s eyes opened wide. That meant--he darted back into his room, grabbed an over-sized blue coverall, slipped his feet into his boots and started out the door, still pulling his clothes on.
“what happened? Is everything-”
